Bartoline Patent Knotting is a quick drying solution for sealing knots and resinous areas of bare timber, prior to the application of paints, waxes or polishes._x000D__x000D_Preparation_x000D_Ensure that the wood to be treated is thoroughly clean and dry. Remove excess_x000D_resinous matter or loose particles. Shake container well before use._x000D__x000D_Application_x000D_Apply 1-2 liberal coats using a brush, or lint free cloth. Allow to dry between coats._x000D_Touch dry in 5-10 minutes. Can be re-coated after 30 minutes under normal_x000D_conditions. When the treated area is to be over-coated with a water-based coating_x000D_system, apply the knotting solution more sparingly, and once dry lightly abrade the_x000D_surface to provide a key before over-coating
